These Terms apply to your use of the Majesticfjellrest website and to any service, booking or experience arranged through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are meant for adult guests aged 18 and over only. Confirming your age on the entry page constitutes a representation that you meet this requirement. We may ask for photographic identification upon arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• Every reservation depends on availability and confirmation.
• Prices are quoted in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may be additional.
• A valid credit card is required to guarantee a reservation. Full payment is taken on departure unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days the first night is charged; no-shows are charged the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Conduct of guests

We may refuse service or end a stay if a guest endangers staff or other guests, damages property, ignores our gaming rules, or otherwise breaches reasonable standards of behaviour.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our premises is governed by International law and is available only to guests aged 18 and over. We encourage responsible play; self-exclusion and limits can be set at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We take every reasonable step to maintain a safe environment. Our liability is capped to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law. We are not responsible for valuables left outside the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All material on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Majesticfjellrest or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

This website may include links to third-party sites. We accept no responsibility for the content or practices of those sites.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
